Job Description

Cedar Creek State School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our leadership team at our friendly OSHC service.

This is a permanent, part‑time opportunity where you will work 30 hours per week across split shifts, including 8 non‑contact admin hours .

* 6:30-8:50am (Rise then Shine)
* 2:55-6:00pm (Stay and Play)


About the Role

* You'll create and lead a dynamic, child‑centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
* You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day‑to‑day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
* With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Who are we Looking For?

* Strong communication skills —you'll be leading by example

* You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check .
* Australian work rights .
* Hold, or working towards, a relevant Diploma (or higher) level qualification as per ACECQA .
