Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partnership Manager to drive sales and business development efforts across all three of our service lines. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior professional to contribute to our growth while developing their career toward a future leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Lead Generation:
* Identify and generate leads for our Talent service line, focusing on recruitment opportunities with startups and SMEs in France, Europe and Africa.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through market research, outreach and external events.
* Partnership Development:
* Source and onboard new partners for our Network service line, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
* Represent Inautalent at events and networking opportunities to build and strengthen partnerships.
* Conduct post-event lead generation through phone calls, gather user feedback, and facilitate member debriefs to generate leads and improve future initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Community Manager, whose primary focus is successful event delivery.
* International Expansion Support:
* Identify and engage with companies looking to expand outside Australia, specifically into France and Africa, to promote our Access services.
* Assist in developing tailored strategies for client market entry needs.
* Relationship Management:
* Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and partners to encourage retention, growth and referrals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and 5-star customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Enthusiastic, sociable, proactive, and eager to grow into a leadership role and have an impact every day.
* 2-5 years' experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles, preferably in B2B and professional services environment.
* Developed interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners.
* Been part of creating or managing professional networks.
* Proven ability to identify and convert leads into opportunities (hunter).
* Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Experience working with startup founders or SMEs is a plus.
* Experience in public speaking and French speaking is a plus.
