This position is responsible for providing direct support to clients in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to clients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop client-centered care plans
- Assess clients' needs and develop strategies to address them
- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Registration as a social worker under relevant legislation
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
