My Aged Care is the Australian Government's starting point on your aged care journey. In this role, you will be working for Probe, on behalf of our client, My Aged Care. You will be taking inbound calls from families and carers who are looking to access information on Aged Care services available. You will discuss options and advise on services that can assist with independent living at home as well as short-term and long-term care options. You may even suggest sending a My Aged Care representative to their home for a needs assessment. You will be chatting with our customers making sure they have all the information they need, feel they are being heard and actions are being taken. Think of it as making a 5-minute friend every 5-minutes.
In Probe's contact centre, you will be provided with all the support and training you need to do your job well. You will be working from the comfort of your own home This role will be fast-paced, dynamic, and very rewarding. **Key Details**:
Multiple permanent full-time positions available
Full time
- 38 hours per week
Must be available to work between the hours of Monday to Friday 7am - 10pm | Saturday 9am - 4pm on a rotational roster
Rotating roster generally released 2 weeks in advance
Paid training + access to additional support while you're settling in
You will be required to complete a police check for this role
**PC requirements**:
**The ability to be able to work from home need to have**: Windows 10 PC and Monitor/Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB of RAM or equivalent with anti-virus installed and Windows defender switched on. Additional requirements include a reliable internet connection, webcam and a headset with a microphone. Apple Mac computers are not suitable due to system compatibility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Answer inbound calls from families and carers seeking information on Aged Care services available
Discuss options and advise which services can assist with independent living at home as well as short term and long term care options
Assess the potential need for a My Aged Care representative to visit a customer at home
Chat with our customers and make sure they have all the info they need and feel like they are being heard
Display a high level of empathy
