We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join a great team in a 30-38 hour per week capacity. This role is the face of the business and provides essential support to management and project staff.

If you enjoy a variety of tasks ranging from professional reception duties to assisting with financial data entry, this is the perfect position for you.

Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Office Support
* Ensure reception is manned and provide a professional face to the organisation.
* Answer office phones and manage incoming messages and correspondence.
* Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks of office management.
* Maintain stationery levels, office machines, and equipment stocks.
* Provide high level administrative support to team members.
* Assist Directors with managing outlook calendars, appointments, and documentation.
* Coordinate with the team to ensure records remain up to date and compliant.
Finance Administration
* Accurately enter accounts and invoices into the financial system.
* Assist the team with filing, data entry, and basic reconciliations.
* Attend to general account inquiries and other ad hoc tasks as directed.
About You
* You are comfortable being the first point of contact for the office.
* You can manage multiple administrative tasks and keep calendars up to date.
* Capabilities with client engagement, demonstrating resilience and professionalism.
* Experience with various platforms and database systems, such as finance software and CRMS.
