Equipment Maintenance Specialist Role
This position involves working closely with a team to ensure operational continuity, maintain equipment and contribute to improvement initiatives.
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining mobile and fixed plant to support daily and weekly operational plans.
* Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
* Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on plant and equipment.
* Coordinate internal and external resources under the direction of the Team Leader.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental systems.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar operational or team-based role.
* Strong understanding of warehouse or logistics processes.
* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and replace parts.
