Northpark Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our consulting suites team on a full time basis. In this fast paced and varied environment you will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Northpark Private Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Northpark provides a wide range of surgical and medical services including a dedicated mental health unit, maternity services and a dedicated early parenting unit.
Northpark Private Hospital is located on the corner of Plenty Road and Greenhill's Road Bundoora, close to public transport and onsite parking is available.
**As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include**:
- Perform a broad range of administration duties including:
- Manage a busy reception desk
- Answer and redirect calls
- Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork
- Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
- Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
- Manage collection consultation fees via electronic payment
- Coordinate with staff from other departments
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
**Essential Criteria**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Solid attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
