Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled retail professional to join our team in Bayside, Frankston VIC on a part-time basis.
This role is responsible for assisting the store manager and assistant manager in achieving store targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience within a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support staff productivity and foster a positive selling atmosphere to drive sales growth.
* Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Execute and maintain established visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Train and coach team members to refine service skills and develop foundational and seasonal brand knowledge.
* Coordinate team efforts to optimize inventory processing procedures and achieve seamless stock-to-floor integration.
Requirements:
* Experience in retail leadership preferably in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
