Occupational Therapist (OT) - Adult Caseload, West/North Melbourne (Part-time or Full-time)

What you will do:
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll work with adult clients in the northern and western suburbs, helping them gain independence, achieve their goals, and improve their quality of life. Your role will include:
* Conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs
* Providing caregiver coaching and education to support long-term progress
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes
* Participating in supervision, team meetings, and case conferences

About you:
* Be passionate for enhancing the skills and independence of clients with disabilities.
* Have outstanding assessment and evidence-based Occupational Therapy intervention skills.
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent with full AHPRA registration
* A valid, unrestricted driver’s licence & reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle for community visits
* You hold (or are willing to obtain) a police check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), & professional indemnity insurance
* You have excellent communication skills & an ability to work collaboratively in a team.
* An open-minded attitude, as well as a flexible & approachable manner
* The ability to think outside the box and use initiative to solve problems and improve services.
* Experience in the NDIS/disability sector will be highly regarded.
