Therapeutic Specialist Role
* This part-time position is located at a local office on Wadawurrung Country.
We collaborate closely with young people's care teams to develop responses that promote a therapeutic environment. This involves spending time coaching, modelling and engaging in informal conversations with staff and young people. We will also be required to work together to foster a supportive environment.
