Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Lead and grow our Women's Range Portfolio of wholesale brands.
Job Description:
* Drive national sales performance, expand market reach, and manage key account relationships across both major and independent wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Product Development to create ranges and SMUs tailored to major account needs
* Manage ongoing communication with accounts to maximise orders and monitor sales and stock levels
* Coordinate marketing and advertising, track budgets, invoicing, and sales performance
* Develop clearance strategies to manage stock for our sales channels
* Analyse weekly sales data and customer feedback. Share insights with the Marketing team to support campaign planning
* Partner with senior leadership to align on margins, profitability, and budgeting across wholesale
About You:
* 2+ years managing key wholesale accounts at a senior level
* Proven experience in new business development and demonstrated commercial acumen
* Understanding of the local wholesale/retail/multi-channel market
* Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Analytical, planning and reporting skills
* Ability to lead and retain a high-performing sales team
