About the role: Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, as a Casual Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care, utilising your clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
This dynamic position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Duties for the role will include: Providing exceptional care, utilising your clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Providing evidenced based care, developing clinical skills while keeping up to date with professional standards of practice and quality management initiatives consistent with organisational policies.
About you: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, Must possess prior Anaesthetic nursing experience Demonstrated competence in competence in Anaesthetic nursing Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
