About the Role
This role supports our GPs and wider clinical team in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a busy general practice environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting GPs with clinical procedures
* Chronic disease management and health assessments
* Immunisations and wound care
* Care plans and recalls
* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
About You
* Experience as a practice nurse preferred but not essential
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, adaptable, and patient-focused
