About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, not-for-profit organisation supporting the Arts. Well-known in Perth, they deliver exceptional experiences to the local community and surrounding areas.
Job Description
- Manage financial operations, including oversight and reviewing of the finance team.
- Finance Business Partnering - working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure budget alignment.
- Handling of Financial Planning and Analysis, including variations on a monthly basis.
- Oversee payroll processing (reviewing).
- Ensure ongoing compliance to accounting standards.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Management Accountant Should Have
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CA qualified (preferred).
- Strong all-rounder accounting experience from a small to medium sized company.
- Experience working for a non-profit organisation highly desirable, but not essential.
- Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
