The Role

As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for leading the administration team and managing complex administrative functions, including HR, payroll support, and retirement village coordination.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Provide leadership and coaching to the administration team

* Coordinate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

* Support payroll processes in collaboration with the roster and HR teams

* Assist with meeting coordination and documentation

* Manage general administration to ensure efficient community operations

* Support communication and processes within our services
">
">
Requirements
">
">
* A qualification in administration or a related field (desirable)
">
* At least two years' experience in a senior administration role
">
* Strong communication and organisational skills
">
* A collaborative, respectful, and inclusive approach to your work
">
* A current NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
">
* Experience in residential aged care is desirable but not essential.
