Key Responsibilities

* Meet revenue growth targets and analyze industry trends to improve company offerings.

Performance Duties
\
1. Meet prospective and existing clients in-person.
\
2. Generate new revenue targets through research and analysis.
\
3. Service existing accounts and establish new ones.
\
4. Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for successful closes.
\
5. Submit contracts following company pricing policies.
\
6. Maintain CRM activity records.
\
7. Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information.
\
8. Recommend changes in products, services, and policy based on results and competitive developments.

9. Resolve customer complaints through investigation and solution development.
\
10. Maintain professional knowledge through conferences, publications, networks, and societies.
\
11. Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve production using analytics tools.

Expectations

* Ensure smooth sales administration and customer service activities.

* Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and other sales activities within the CRM.
\
* Commercial real estate experience preferred.
\
* Bachelor's degree in business management or marketing is desirable.
