Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough clinical, social, and self-care assessments.
* Provide empathetic support and address queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns from residents and their families.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
* At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
* Clinical expertise and ability to manage risk effectively in an aged care environment.
* Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
* Full working rights in Australia and the ability to pass a national police clearance.
