The Opportunity
We're excited to launch the Industry Pathway Program — a hands-on career program designed for motivated individuals ready to kick-start their career in Sales & Account Management, Transport & Logistics, and exposure to Retail or Terminal Operations.
This is a structured entry-level opportunity ideal for:
* School leavers and recent graduates
* Individuals looking to build long-term careers
* Those currently studying business, marketing or commerce
You'll rotate through key areas of the business, working closely with experienced leaders and teams across Park. You'll gain practical, hands-on experience while learning the foundations of client management, sales growth, transport & logistics and commercial operations.
This is a full-time, paid program with clear pathways into permanent roles, mentoring, and long-term career progression.
What You'll Be Doing
* Spend time in each area of the business, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different roles
* Receive mentoring and training from experienced leaders throughout the program
* Sales & Account Management – learn how we build relationships, grow accounts and deliver results
* Transport & Logistics – see how fuel moves safely and efficiently from terminals to customers
* Terminal Operations – understand fuel storage, distribution and operational safety
* Retail Exposure – gain insight into service station operations and customer service
What We're Looking For
We don't expect experience — we're looking for attitude, motivation and a willingness to learn.
* Eager to learn and take on new challenges
* Confident speaking with people and building relationships
* Professional, reliable and well-presented
* Organised and able to manage tasks independently
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Holds a current driver's licence, or willing to obtain one
Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential — your drive and mindset are what matter most.
