Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Crew Leading Hand, you'll play a vital role in keeping our underground operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
* Leading and mentoring your team to complete service crew tasks safely and efficiently.
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing underground services (air, water, pump lines, ventilation bags, secondary fans, cables, pumps, explosive areas, and more).
* Operating Integrated Tool Carriers to transport equipment and materials underground.
* Conducting inspections, pre-start checks and ensuring work areas meet safety standards.
* Installing grout, plates, and tensioning cable bolts.
* Training new crew members to build a strong and capable team.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' underground service crew experience.
* Competency in operating Integrated Tool Carriers.
* Working at Heights Certificate.
* Desirable: Dangerous Goods Security Card & Senior First Aid.
