* Proactively source and engage potential sponsors across various categories and regions, qualifying prospects, securing meetings, and building relationships.
* Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers at global brands.
* Influence senior business decision-makers across sectors and markets worldwide.
* Execute competitive processes to negotiate and finalize major sponsorship deals.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing significant sponsorship deals with premium global sports or entertainment rights holders.
* Strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential.
