One of the leading boutique financial advisory specialists, your new company is a young, vibrant and fast growing organisation with the need for an immediate Office Administrator. Looking for a switched on individual to join a busy and enthusiastic team.
**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with new and existing clients and stakeholders
- Assisting in client meeting preparation, including all documentation
- Filing/Scanning
- Data Entry duties
- Drafting up documents for clients and other staff members
- Administrative support to the paraplanners and other staff within the team
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Have a high attention to detail
- Experience in an Administrative role
