About the role
Be part of Ballarat's largest‐ever infrastructure project and gain hands‐on exposure to a complex hospital redevelopment. This role offers the opportunity to build capability in building services, commissioning and project delivery while working alongside experienced engineers and project professionals. Ideal for early‐career professionals or graduates looking to grow in a live healthcare construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support project delivery across planning, build and commissioning
* Prepare project reports, documentation and close‐out records
* Maintain registers, systems and document control platforms
* Coordinate minor works, defects and rectification activities
* Assist witness testing and commissioning schedules
* Support stakeholder coordination and technical compliance
Skills & Experience
* Qualification in engineering, biomedical, ICT or relevant trade
* Exposure to construction, facilities or technical support settings
* Ability to read and work with technical documentation
* Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills
* Interest in commissioning and hospital infrastructure systems
