Job Role:
As a Motor Assessor, you will be responsible for accurately assessing and resolving motor claims. Your technical knowledge and strong customer skills will enable you to drive customer trust through high-quality repair outcomes.
* Assess vehicles on-road and via desktop using frameworks.
* Manage escalations and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
* Conduct reinspection, audits, and quality checks to maintain repair standards.
* Support customers through repair, write-off, and settlement processes.
Requirements:
* Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics, or equivalent experience as a Motor Assessor.
* A minimum of 3 years' post-trade qualification experience.
* Proven experience in quote writing and assessing/estimating skills.
* Knowledge of repair methods, insurance codes, and compliance.
