Sales Representative – Print & Apparel

Urban Impression Print & Apparel is a fast-growing print and apparel business based in Warragul. We’re building strong momentum and are now looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help drive the next stage of growth.
This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to build strong client relationships, take ownership of their portfolio, and earn well in a growing business.
About the Role
This is a field-based sales role, focused on generating new business and building ongoing client relationships.
This is not an office-based position. While you’ll have access to the office, the role is primarily out on the road — meeting clients, building relationships, and creating opportunities for new sales.
You will be responsible for:
* Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
* Visiting clients and building long-term relationships
* Managing and growing your own client base
* Identifying opportunities across print and apparel solutions
Our core offerings include:
* Commercial Printing (Magazines, flyers, booklets, business stationery)
* Apparel (DTF, screen printing, embroidery)
* Ongoing repeat and account-based work
Location & Opportunity
While we are regionally based, this role is not limited to local work.
We service clients across Gippsland, Melbourne, and interstate, with existing accounts already operating beyond our immediate area.
This creates strong opportunities to build business both locally and through broader networks — you are not limited by geography.
What’s on Offer
* $60,000 – $70,000 base salary + super (based on experience)
* Commission structure:
o 8% commission (first 3 months)
o 5% ongoing commission
* Realistic earnings of $120,000 – $150,000+

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Is comfortable working independently in a field-based role
* Has sales experience (print or apparel experience is an advantage)
* Is well-connected locally, or willing to build networks quickly
