About the role:
We are seeking reliable and organised vacuum truck drivers who want more than just a job — we're looking for people who want to build a long-term career in a critical, recession-proof industry. All you need to get started is a current car driver's licence and a valid Australian working permit.
Harmor is committed to training and developing the next wave of industry-leading vacuum truck operators. We actively support suitable candidates to obtain the required training, licences, and industry competency tickets, all within a supportive, safety-focused environment.
Previous experience driving vacuum trucks or other heavy vehicles will be highly regarded, but attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as important. This role is ideal for a motivated person who is looking for genuine career progression, with further opportunities and long-term growth within the business.

What you'll be doing
* Driving and operating vacuum Trucks - small-medium-large size vehicles (you start in the small ones first)
* Emptying and cleaning, septic tanks, grease traps to name a few and lots of other pits with smelly liquids and sludge - don't apply if you don't have a strong stomach
* Completing job reports on provided mobile phone with job mapping software
* Keeping the office team in the loop about about change job status
* Following OH&S procedures — every job, every time
* Keeping your truck clean, tidy and ready for the next run
