What You'll Do
Be a customer advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing support and regular updates throughout the claims journey and building trust and rapport with customers.
Be a problem solver: Review reports from builders, engineers and suppliers, make claims decisions based on findings and following the Product Disclosure Statement guidelines.
Build relationships: Proactively resolve issues, handle conflicts with understanding and empathy and consistently act within the customers' best interest.
Be a team player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, builders and suppliers to streamline the claims process and achieve optimal outcomes.
