About the opportunity
NSW Health Pathology is seeking a Product Manager to lead the statewide rollout of PathWorks – our mobile clinician application and digital ordering platform – delivering seamless results integration to practice management software (including HealthLink) for GPs and specialists.
In this role you will work closely with clinicians and executives to shape the product strategy, roadmap and backlog, and coordinate delivery across clinical, ICT and program teams. You'll champion features that matter to clinicians and patients – secure access to results, critical result notifications, guided test ordering via our service catalogue, collaboration with pathologists, add‑on orders, in‑app support and surveys. You will engage with users to drive adoption, improve care and maximise the product's value to the healthcare system.

This position can be based in Newcastle or Sydney, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements to support diverse needs.
Why it matters
PathWorks helps reduce telephone follow‑ups and faxing, streamlines critical result workflows, and strengthens relationships with our referrers – driving better patient outcomes and safeguarding revenue in a competitive market.>
