About The Opportunity
Are you ready to play a key role in delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across Cardinia Shire? You’ll be at the heart of project delivery, supporting a dynamic team of engineers and specialists across procurement, finance, OHS, and contract management.
You will make an impact by:
- Coordinating financial tracking and reporting for major roads projects
- Supporting project delivery through effective administration and scheduling
- Managing contractor documentation including OHS, quality assurance, and financial records
- Assisting with procurement processes including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Driving continuous improvement in systems and procedures
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong experience in administrative support within project or engineering environments
- Proven ability to work with systems such as TechOne and Microsoft Office
- A process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in financial tracking and procurement processes
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Council experience or understanding of local government operations (desirable)
