Main Responsibilities
* Oversee staff across multiple locations.
* Daily supervision of IT Service Centre staff.
* Client-focused service delivery.
* Support to Managers across Health ICT.
* Knowledge of statistical analysis and relevant systems.
* Research, implementation, and maintenance of applications and procedures.
The scope of work is defined by operational priorities, requiring collaborative effort within and across teams.
Requirements
* Qualifications in ICT or related experience.
* Industry-recognised certifications.
* Current Driver's Licence.
