**ROLE OF THE POSITION**: 
To provide administrative and reception services to the Centre
**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Office administration 
- Centre maintenance 
- Team participation
**SPECIFIC DUTIES**: 
**Office Administration**: 
To provide general administrative and secretarial services:
- Reception and telephone duties. 
- Client bookings management. 
- In charge of referrals, entering in the system and contacting clients for initial intake over the phone. 
- Developing material for the organisation using Microsoft package. 
- In charge of 3-month client follow up program. 
- Stock control of stationary, office requirements, resources, and IT maintenance. 
- Collect and provide data monthly.
**Centre Maintenance** 
- Responsible for active involvement in the general upkeep and maintenance of the centre, including shopping, ensuring rubbish removal, and reporting Work Health Safety issues and hazards to the Administration Manager. 
- Report repairs and maintenance for the centre to the Administration Manager.
**Team Participation** 
- Regular attendance and participation at team meetings. 
- Providing admin support for groups & workshops. 
- Active involvement in strategic and operational planning process. 
- Become familiar with, and adhere to Policy and Procedure Manual.
