They operate exclusively at the top end of the market, partnering with architects, interior designers, developers, and project teams on high‐end commercial and residential projects.
From hotel lobbies and hospitality venues to developer common areas and bespoke residential spaces, their portfolio spans the full breadth of luxury specification. Their beautifully appointed showroom serves as both a brand statement and a destination for Perth's design community.
The Role
As an A&D Consultant, you are the primary face of the brand in the WA market. This is not a passive account‐management role. We are looking for someone who proactively generates leads, books their own meetings, and builds a self‐sustaining pipeline across Perth's architecture, interior design, and developer community.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a portfolio of high‐value A&D relationships across Perth
* Drive specification activity and increase brand presence in the WA market
* Identify, qualify, and develop new project opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
* Manage projects from early design stages through to delivery and client satisfaction
* Conduct design‐led presentations at client practices and in the showroom
* Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity records through CRM
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
* Contribute market intelligence, inventory feedback, and product recommendations to the wider business
About You
You are a proactive, commercially minded sales professional who understands the A&D world — the specification process, the key relationships, the project cycles, and how decisions are actually made. You are confident engaging across all levels of the project chain — from interior designers and architects through to developers and project managers — and you build credibility through consistency, follow‐through, and genuine product knowledge. Recent relocations to Perth, or candidates willing to relocate, are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Experience
* Proven business development or specification sales experience in a design‐adjacent field
* Strong relationship‐building, networking, and communication skills
* Confident presenter with the ability to guide design‐led conversations
* Commercial acumen — understanding margin, targets, and business outcomes
* CRM discipline and strong pipeline management habits
* Exceptional organisation, time management, and autonomous work ethic
* Negotiation and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels
* Openness to continued learning and a genuine team‐player mindset
* Existing contacts and a genuine black book within Perth's architecture and interior design community is highly valued
