Business Development Representative

Hunter's Business Development Representative will develop partnerships with internal and external business partners.
A Business Development Representative will combine a strong business acumen with a passion for the craft of recruiting and a commitment to delivering excellence to candidates and clients alike.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates ability to meet performance requirements
New customer outreach through various communications channels – primarily phone outreach.
Prospect, identify, and create a culture that attracts the right clients to engage with Hunter to provide STEM-focused recruiting services and solutions.
Responsible for increasing sales by securing qualified hiring contracts.
Meet and exceed defined objectives in business development workflow with oversight from leadership and clearly define goals, deliverables, and timelines for execution.
Accurate tracking, data entry, and status updates in CRM.
Update and maintain client information in accordance with Hunter standards.
Structure searches for lead generation using industry-specific tools.
Work with Hunter's Recruiting and Account Managers to ensure relationships are maximized to their full potential.
Establish strong partnerships following a consultative approach by listening, having empathy, and delivering on commitments.
Establish regular communication and transparency on business development key challenges and wins to leadership.
Work with Operations to prepare and negotiate client agreements.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of Compliance and Operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in life sciences, finance, business, management or related preferred.
1+ years of sales accomplishments in rapid-growth, mission-driven environments.
Proven ability to sell a range of products / service offerings, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on Hunter's core values (Harmony, Integrity, Respect, Excellence).
Effective professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to understand the needs of the business with analytical thinking and data to back up decision-making.
Proven track record of relationship building skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team or independently depending on the task.
High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to compliance.
Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and healthy appetite for competition.
