Duties include (not limited to):
- Assisting the management of commercial property portfolio including: maintenance & inspections
- Preparing documents (Leases & Agency Agreements etc)
- Operating CRM (Client Relationship Management) software
- General Administration

- High level of customer service and a can-do attitude
- Proficient computer skills and computer literacy
- Qualified presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable:
- Willingness to obtain a real estate registration certificate. Further opportunities for education & licencing available for the right candidate
