About the Role

We're looking for an adaptable and experienced Relief Customer Support Manager to provide crucial leadership and administrative support across our 56 Care Communities in Victoria.

Location: Based at our East Melbourne Office or closest Care Community to your location. Travel across Metro Melbourne.

What You'll Do

* Step into different care communities to provide continuity and leadership during leave periods.
* Be a trusted guide for new residents and families, ensuring a seamless and welcoming admission experience everywhere you go.
* Mentor and support local administration teams, sharing best practices and providing stability.
* Build relationships and provide a consistent, high-quality experience across Victoria.
* Play a key role in implementing Opal's programs and initiatives region-wide.


What You'll Need

* Experience in a similar leadership role within aged care, healthcare, or a related service industry.
* A current driver's licence and a willingness to travel across Melbourne and Victoria.
* Exceptional adaptability and the ability to quickly integrate into new teams and environments.
* Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting others.
* Resilience, superb organisation, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
* Willingness to complete:
* Pre-employment medical
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
