As the Team Leader in our Workforce Australia program, you'll lead with purpose – driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence within a passionate team of Employment Consultants.
Through your leadership, you'll create a supportive, high‑performing environment where staff are empowered to succeed and deliver meaningful outcomes for participants.
Responsibilities
* Lead & Inspire: Provide clear direction and motivation to a team of Employment Consultants, ensuring they deliver exceptional services to job seekers and employers.
* Drive Performance: Champion performance by guiding your team to consistently achieve targets in a fast‑paced, outcome‑driven environment.
* Build Culture: Create an environment of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement through regular feedback and development.
* Manage Complexity: Balance service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and competing priorities while maintaining quality and compliance.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership: A track record of leading diverse teams in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
* Person‑Centred Approach: Ability to guide teams in delivering personalised, strengths‑based services that achieve meaningful outcomes and measurable results.
* Strong Coach & Communicator: Skilled at motivating and developing others through clear communication, constructive feedback, and effective coaching.
* Operational Excellence: Confident decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, ensuring high quality, compliant service delivery aligned with program standards.
* Pre‑Requisites: Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
