Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Casual Disability Support Workers. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with people with diverse disabilities, supporting their independence and social inclusion.
About the Role:
* Assist participants in their homes and out in the community.
* Provide personal care, support with daily living, and manual handling (hoists, mobility).
* Help administer medications and follow participant support plans.
* Encourage social inclusion, confidence, and independence.
* Work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and overnights (SIL).
Who You'll Support:
People living with Autism, Physical Disabilities, Down Syndrome, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and other psychosocial or complex needs.
What You'll Need:
* Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Mental Health.
* Minimum 6 months' experience in disability, aged care, or mental health or prior hands-on support experience (formal or informal).
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply).
* Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
* First Aid and CPR certification.
* A Driver's Licence and access to a registered, insured car.
* Full Australian working rights.
