Office Administrator / HR Support | Construction Industry

We're seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator / HR Support Officer to join the team at their Virginia office on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a hands-on, varied position that will see you supporting both administrative and HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a busy project-driven environment.
The Role
Provide administrative support across the office and project teams
Assist with HR-related tasks including onboarding, documentation, and compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and update internal systems
Support general office coordination, filing, and correspondence
Liaise with internal staff, site teams, and external stakeholders
Contribute to improving systems and processes within administration and HR
About You
Previous experience in office administration and/or HR support (construction or similar industry highly regarded)
Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Available to start ASAP
