What you'll be doing
Conducting comprehensive audits and reviews for a diverse range of clients, including corporations, not-for-profits and government entities
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills
Preparing detailed audit reports, analysis and recommendations for clients
Collaborating with engagement partners to ensure audit objectives are met
Identifying opportunities to improve clients' systems and processes
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
Proven track record in leading audits and supervising junior team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present findings to clients
Thorough understanding of Australian Auditing Standards and accounting principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
