Spoon Patisserie is one of Brisbane's top Boutique Wholesale Patisserie outfits, based in Eagle Farm. You will be joining an exciting and skilled team with growing ambitions to become the culinary leader in Wholesale & Retail Markets. Full training on systems and processes will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Work in a well-equipped kitchen for the majority of your working day, in a team of 15 to 20 members.
- Mentor and supervise apprentices and stimulate their development to achieve targets set for them.
What we need from you / Qualifications
- Basic bakery experience and/or knowledge
- Previous fast food experience highly regarded
- Passion & love of food
