Currently, they have 7 developments in their pipeline which will range from 300 units - 500 units and this will be a lead Project Director role in their inaugural stages of growth.

WHAT'S ON OFFER
Lead Project Director role for their first project starting at the back end of 2025. This business is here to deliver top quality product in the Class 2 residential space and you will have all the tools, staff / resources and strong cash flow to really make a difference to the Sydney residential market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee delivery of all projects across NSW, ensuring performance, safety, and quality outcomes are achieved
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project teams, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen business capability and client trust
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary client contact across all projects
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualification in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Significant experience as a Project Director on large complex high-rise residential projects from $100m - $400m
- Demonstrable people and culture leadership and development, fostering a high performing team in both tender and delivery with active, engaged stakeholder management both internally and externally
- A strength in financial and commercial management, risk management, compliance and auditing, and ensure legislative, pre-contract and commercial obligations are met, including compliance with the relevant Building Code and legislative compliance
- Communicate at all levels within the organisation and with third parties
- Delegate to direct reports and productive team management skills
