Your new role
As a Contact Centre Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and specialised service to members, customers, and colleagues. The role involves answering inbound calls and providing high-quality support across a range of enquiries.
Hours : Approx. 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm
