Account Manager – Property Maintenance & Trades
We're looking for a highly motivated, driven Account Manager to join our growing team in the property maintenance space.
This is not a passive role. You'll be the key link between our clients, tenants, and internal trades teams—owning jobs from first contact through to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
About the Role
You'll be managing incoming job requests, communicating with clients, and working closely with our trades teams to coordinate works. You'll need to think on your feet, make decisions quickly, and keep things moving.
A big part of this role is understanding what's actually happening on site—so having a practical mindset and some knowledge of home maintenance or trades is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client accounts and day-to-day job flow
* Review incoming maintenance requests and determine scope
* Communicate clearly with clients, tenants, and trades
* Provide basic guidance on maintenance issues and next steps
* Coordinate scheduling and ensure jobs are completed on time
* Identify quoting opportunities and escalate where needed
* Maintain a high level of organisation across multiple jobs

* Practical understanding of home maintenance or trades (plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)

* Experience in property, maintenance, or trades environment is highly regarded
