Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement regional strategies, plans, and budgets.
2. Lead, mentor, and inspire Village Managers and operational teams.
3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
4. Drive resident satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused service.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, hospitality, or a related field.
2. Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations.
3. Strong financial management, budget oversight, and performance reporting.
4. Expertise in property and asset management, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
