What you'll do
Analyse People & Culture data to surface trends and insights, delivering regular reports that inform strategic decisions.
Build, maintain, and secure dashboards and metrics; ensure data accuracy across HR systems for routine and ad-hoc reporting.
Translate complex findings into clear, action-oriented narratives for non-technical audiences to drive business decisions.
Streamline data collection and analysis through automation and apply predictive analytics (ML/AI) to anticipate workforce trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders and offshore teams to enhance systems and processes using Human-Centered Design while upholding training and governance for data integrity and confidentiality.
What we're looking for
Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX), Alteryx, SQL and/or Python, with 2+ years of hands-on experience building analytics solutions.
Practical HRIS experience (e.g., Workday), strong ETL skills, and rigorous data governance ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
Exposure to Databricks or Microsoft Fabric and at least 1 year working with ML/AI and advanced analytics methods.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident presenting to leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
Collaborative and self-directed, with experience partnering with offshore teams and applying Human-Centered Design principles.
