*What We're Looking For*
We are seeking to fill 1 full-time and 1 casual Sommelier position.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Sommelier with strong English communication skills, who can work closely with a team of wine professionals to enhance our guests' dining experiences through exceptional beverage service. This role involves engaging with guests, providing high-quality recommendations, and demonstrating extensive wine knowledge.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sommelier in a premium dining environment.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of international wines, spirits, and beers.
* Certification: WSET Level 2 or CMS certification preferred.
* Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for food, wine, and service, with a desire to elevate the guest experience.
* Dedication: Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development in wine expertise.
