* You will provide tailored solutions, be proactive in managing leads, and identify referral opportunities to specialist teams.
* You will also play a mentoring role by coaching and supporting colleagues to uplift capability and service delivery.
About You
* You are a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people.
* You have previous experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services.
* Exposure to consumer lending is a plus.
