Play a key role in shaping our performance across our InfraBuild Recycling business. Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, the Branch Manager ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of InfraBuild Recycling's major non-ferrous export hub in NSW. This varied, hands‐on role involves managing both ferrous and non-ferrous operations.
Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating the logistics, administration and customer service of the branch
* Managing daily operations including people leadership
* Employee management and leading performance reviews
* Contributing to ongoing process improvements
* Communicating regularly with state trading team on sales management and planning
* Managing KPIs of the branch
* Ensuring the operation of the yard is working in adherence with site safety policies and procedures
* Coordinating and processing scrap

Qualifications
* Site leadership experience ideally within recycling / waste / export / manufacturing / heavy industry
* Comfortable working autonomously
* Business acumen and demonstrated management of P&L
* Trading or sales experience, desirable
* Strong communication skills to interpret reports, identify trends and make recommendations
