Manufacturing Operations Leader
CSL is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Leader to lead and coordinate manufacturing activities in our Filling area.
About the Role
This role will oversee day-to-day operations, including equipment preparation and aseptic filling. You will plan and manage production schedules to meet forecasted demand, drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimisation and innovation, and ensure compliance with global quality policies and health & safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in science, engineering or relevant degree.
* Strong experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, food or other regulated industry.
* Strong technical expertise in quality systems.
* Knowledge of biological processing desirable.
* Experience in managing or leading teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
