**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Following up on customer and administration documents for customers.
- Fixing credits and refunds for damaged, missed, or undelivered stock.
- Internal communication with finance, warehouse, and account managers.
- General administrative and customer service duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
