About the Role
SUEZ
is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (P2P) to support a critical Accounts
Payable automation and process transformation initiative within our Finance
function.
This
role is based on-site at our Rhodes office and requires close, day-to-day
collaboration with Finance, Procurement, IT, Payroll, and key internal
stakeholders.
This
is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, dedicated to end-to-end AP automation
over a defined 6-month timeframe. The role will commence in early 2026, with
the initial phase focused on scoping, discovery, and confirmation of the
automation roadmap.
You
will act as the primary SUEZ representative for the initiative, working across
local and global teams to drive outcomes and embed sustainable process and
system improvements.
About
You
If
you enjoy being at the centre of digital finance transformation, this role
offers the opportunity to lead a focused, end-to-end Purchase to Pay automation
initiative with real ownership and impact.
You
bring proven experience across the full P2P lifecycle, particularly within
Accounts Payable automation, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to understand
how business processes truly operate. From invoice capture and validation
through to 3-way matching, exception handling, payments, and vendor
reconciliation, you know how to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation
opportunities and turn them into practical, sustainable solutions.
You
are comfortable mapping As-Is processes, designing future-state (To-Be)
workflows, and embedding improved controls, governance, and ways of working.
You understand the importance of audit readiness, segregation of duties, and
data integrity, and you know how to balance control with operational
efficiency.
This
role suits someone who enjoys working closely with Finance, Accounts Payable,
Procurement, IT, and Payroll, acting as a trusted advisor who can translate
operational pain points into clear functional requirements and automation
outcomes.
You
bring hands-on experience working with SAP / S4HANA and integrated finance
platforms, and you understand how AP automation tools, workflows, and data
structures interact within a broader ERP environment. You enjoy partnering with
systems teams and global stakeholders to optimise configuration, improve data
quality, and ensure solutions are scalable and compliant.
You
thrive in environments with clear timelines and accountability, and you take
pride in seeing process improvements move from concept through to
implementation and embedment.
